Mad Flowers offers a no quibble guarantee on all our fresh flower and plant products.

*Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
*Complaints must be made by the purchaser only. Third-party complaints cannot be entertained.
*Faulty or unsatisfactory product must be returned to Mad Flowers for us to replace.
*Mad Flowers reserve the right to substitute a flower or product due to availability without consultation. The substitute product will be of the same or greater value to that chosen.
