At Mad Flowers, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. We offer a no-quibble guarantee on all our fresh flower and plant products to ensure you are completely satisfied with every order.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept physical returns of any fresh flower or plant products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returned items.
Refunds & Replacements
While we do not accept returns, we will process refunds on a case-by-case basis once your complaint has been reviewed. Our goal is to resolve every issue fairly and promptly.
To help us assist you, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Complaint Window: All complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be considered.

Eligible Complainant: Complaints must be made by the purchaser only. Third-party complaints cannot be entertained.

Product Issues: If your product is faulty or unsatisfactory, we may request photographic evidence or further details to assess the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund at our discretion.

Substitutions: Mad Flowers reserves the right to substitute a flower or product due to availability without prior consultation. Any substitute product will be of the same or greater value to that originally chosen.
